Personal trainer George’s main aim as a coach is to help improve his clients’ physical and mental strength. At Maximum Fitness, he’s known for always being friendly, approachable, and dedicated to his role - even if he sometimes struggles to keep count of reps!

George’s philosophy when he’s working with clients is to remember that personal training is exactly that: personal. He’s careful to tailor his training programme and style of coaching for each client, ensuring that they understand what they are doing each session and how this will help them to achieve their goals.

He says with the right structure and plan, every client that he has worked with has achieved something that they previously thought was beyond their reach - from a milestone of a lift, to a positive change in their body, to feeling more confident and outgoing. George aims for all of his clients to feel the benefit of each and every session.

George’s top tip for getting the most out of your health and wellbeing journey is to be consistent. He says to start any fitness or lifestyle journey in a doable way that is measurable, and improve on it every week - whether that’s an extra gym session, drinking more water, or reading just a single page of a book! Start smaller, make it happen every day, and you’ll never look back.
