Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor Louise’s main aim as a coach is to become a support network for her clients. It’s important for her to show them that, whatever their goal, it is achievable. She ensures that they get there through training, nutrition advice, and accountability, and believes that nothing is out of each!

Louise’s favourite part of her job is helping people, and seeing them achieve their goals. She says that being part of the reason that somebody is happier both physically and mentally is an honour, and she loves how her clients become friends.

Her philosophy when it comes to working with clients is working together to create short term goals that will lead to long term gain. She looks at each client’s lifestyle, and tailors a healthy, sustainable programme that they can then incorporate into their daily lives.

The biggest achievement that Louise has seen as a personal trainer is the increase in confidence that her clients experience. She says that if she can help somebody to improve their self esteem, boost how they feel mentally and physically, and start to believe in their ability, everything else soon falls into place.

Louise’s top tip for getting the most out of your health and wellbeing journey is to remember that consistency is key. While we all have ‘off’ days, she says it’s important to brush yourself off, don’t dwell on it - and tell yourself that tomorrow is a new day. One ‘bad’ day doesn’t define your journey!
