Personal trainer and performance coach Adam has spent 10 years competing at the highest level of competitive rock climbing as part of the GB team - so if there’s one thing he does well, it’s keeping his clients motivated!

Adam’s main aim is to educate and empower his clients, by teaching them the principles of improvement so that they have the power to take action in the future.

His favourite part about his position at Max Fitness is being able to watch his clients achieve things that they never thought were possible, and seeing the joy on their faces as they give it their best!

He has worked with clients who have lost more than 40Ibs of body fat, while others have become strong enough to achieve ten pull ups in a row - something that they could never do before joining Maximum Fitness.

He says it’s extremely rewarding to see how his clients have turned their lives around, and become healthier, fitter, and happier versions of themselves.

Adam’s top tip for getting the most out of your health and wellbeing journey is to be receptive to change, be patient, and consistent!
